Free Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer complimentary shipping on every order, wherever you are in the world. No minimum spend required.

International customers may be liable for import duties and taxes in their country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Cash on Delivery
All orders are processed as Cash on Delivery (COD). You will pay the courier directly upon receiving your parcel. No online payment is required at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us at hello@pamyria.com and we will investigate promptly.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
