What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for interest-free instalments.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us at hello@pamyria.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every Pamyria order arrives in our signature packaging. For an extra touch, we offer luxury gift wrapping at checkout for $5.

How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Each product page also includes specific garment dimensions and model sizing info.
What if my item doesn't fit?
We offer free exchanges on all UK orders. Simply email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer complimentary shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum spend required.
Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all full-price items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Product & Care
How should I care for my Pamyria garments?
Each garment includes specific care instructions on the label. As a general rule, we recommend hand washing delicate fabrics in cold water and laying flat to dry. Silk pieces should be dry-cleaned.

Yes. Every Pamyria piece is designed and handcrafted in England by our team of skilled artisans.
