30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Pamyria purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• In their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returned in their original packaging.
• Free from any perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, items purchased during a final sale, and personalised items cannot be returned.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@pamyria.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Package your item(s) securely and drop off at the designated carrier.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us at hello@pamyria.com to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send you the correct item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
